One - on - One Coaching

If you really want to make healthy lifestyles changes, but just can't achieve them on your own… Or if you have tried everything and don’t know what to do next… Health and Wellness Coaching is for you. Through our time together, you can reach your goals, improve your relationships, find work - life balance, experience sustained energy, increase your confidence, and much more! ​​

What You Get:

  • Weekly video calls or in person meetings (Granger/Mishawaka/South Bend/Elkhart, IN) in order to track progress and reevaluate goals

  • Email/phone support as needed for providing accountability, answering questions, and encouraging you to succeed as you make healthy lifestyle changes

  • Access to resources like recipes, meal plans, workout routines, newsletters, blog posts, etc.

  • A focus on your holistic well - being as we address all aspects of your life - physical, mental, and spiritual

  • A safe, compassionate, judgement - free zone allowing you to be open, honest, and gracious with yourself

Package Options:

  • 1 Month Package: This is for those of you that aren't ready for the time commitment of 3 or 6 months, but want to give coaching a try. This would consist of 4 calls. 

  • 3 Month Package: This package provides you with all of the tools and support you need to make sustainable and rewarding changes that will impact both your daily life and your long term wellness. 

  • 6 Month Package: Most clients see the best results with this package as it allows you to really get a grasp on creating new habits and making sustainable changes. This is the most bang for your buck too as you get a great discounted price for choosing 6 months to invest in yourself. 

  • Month - by - Month Add Ons: After your 3 or 6 month package, we can discuss whether or not you would benefit from more time together. This is a great option for those that have successfully accomplished what they set out for through the 3 or 6 month program, but wish to reach another goal or maintain a support system. We can decrease the number of calls a month while still maintaining your goals if that is what you need. The aim is to get you to the point where you are your own coach! Those goals that seemed so far in the distance will now be part of your daily life. 

  • Additional Add Ons: 1 hour complete kitchen/pantry makeover, 1 hour guided shopping trip, and/or a personalized meal plan or fitness routine

  • Note: If none of the above seem to fit your schedule, we can customize. Your schedule is very important and we respect it completely. Reach out and we will find what works for you!

  • After your appointment is set, we will send you a health assessment.

Corporate Wellness

As health coaches, it is our job to support those currently struggling with something. But we can also educate in order to prevent issues from arising. We develop programs or speaking engagements for companies interested in the well - being of their staff. In doing so, these companies can reduce their healthcare costs, boost employee morale, and improve daily productivity. ​​​​

How it Works:

  • We will meet with the company’s HR representative or the individual in charge of company wellness/activities to see what topics they are most interested in.

  • We will create a plan for 4 - 6 speaking engagements depending on the company's needs. 

  • Each speaking engagement will be 45 minutes to 1 hour, but this time frame is flexible. 

  • The most popular time of day to come is around lunchtime, but this is flexible as well. 

  • Our ultimate goal is to reduce the company’s healthcare costs and help the team feel appreciated and healthy.
