Our Story

Caylee Watson

Hi everyone, I’m Caylee. In my day - to - day life, I am a wife and dog mom. Professionally, I am a Registered Nurse, Fitness Instructor, and Certified Health and Wellness Coach. As a nurse, I have experience in dealing with concerns like hormonal imbalances, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, thyroid conditions, Diabetes, and other metabolic disorders. These conditions often become frustrating and difficult to handle. Helping people with this battle has become one of my greatest passions. Can I replace your doctor? No. But I can help you manage the symptoms and be the healthiest version of yourself. In regards to fitness, I am a Pilates instructor and group fitness class leader. When it comes to health and wellness, I’ve fought my own battle, as I’m sure all of you have. In high school, I was a multiple sport athlete and had it easy. I was required to be fit and could eat anything my little heart desired. I graduated from high school and stepped into college life. No sports, just studying in nursing school for hours and hours a day. I sat in classes, sat in coffee shops, sat in my dorm rooms, sat everywhere. I continued to eat whatever I wanted and soon realized this was no longer a luxury I had. When I was stressed, I ate. When I was emotional, I ate. When I was bored, I ate. This led not only to weight gain, but a decline in my overall health. I tried every diet under the sun, every supplement or powder money could buy, every detox or cleanse out there. I yo - yo’d all over the place and fought food allergies, chronic fatigue, painful bloating, anxiety and depression, constant headaches, etc. I became more passionate about health and wellness than ever before, studied and researched, and finally began to figure out what works best for me. But through this process, I realized everyone is different. What works for some does not work for me, and vice versa. My story and the stories of so many of my patients and clients motivated me to pursue a full blown career in this. I set out to become a health and wellness coach, and here I am! Tammy Walters

Hello, I’m Tammy. I am a wife, mother, and dog lover. I choose peace and positive thinking over stress and negativity.  I’m passionate about health and wellness in mind, body and spirit. I love all four seasons, but mostly the sunshine and flowers.  I haven't always been this way. It’s been a lifelong process. From normal everyday stresses to many overly stressful moments… full time employment, motherhood, marriage, moving out of state and away from my parents to an unknown location with no familiar people, etc… all of this led me to neglect my health for years.  A person can only use and even abuse their body for so long before bad health creeps in. I believe I had my priorities straight as I put my marriage, motherhood and homemaking first, but doing so gave me an excuse to put myself last. While my kids were still in highschool, I ended up having a partial hysterectomy. Within a year, I was in desperate need of hormone replacement therapy. On top of this, I was diagnosed with extreme adrenal fatigue syndrome and an autoimmune disease called Hashimoto's caused by hypothyroidism. Needless to say, my body was screaming for a complete overhaul. Depending solely on medication just simply wasn’t helping me at all and left me feeling unsettled. I took it upon myself to dive into some research, experiment, journal, and learn what my body needed and responded to best.  Exercise? What is that? I never considered it before, but now I crave it. It helps me heal and feel strong and healthy. I loved all of the improvements I was seeing. So much so that I connected with some internationally recognized organizations to get educated and certified in health and wellness, and even fitness! I’ve become naturally interested in nutrition throughout this journey as well. That is my next certification so that I can help myself, as well as you, to make the best choices when it comes to nutrition so that we can feel good inside and out! My personal journey is not perfect. I’m confident I’m not alone in all of this as I know there are so many people that don’t take time for themselves. We justify it because we are doing something so great for the other loved ones in our lives. There’s honestly nothing wrong with that, but I’m here to encourage you and hopefully motivate you to take care of yourself! Fit yourself in and put your name on your calendar too. Those loved ones you're responsible for need you to be your best self so you can help them be their best selves too!
